How to Apply for a License
When you complete the Gnostic Lesons you are eligible to become a candidate for a spiritual health coach license. As you complete the requirements for your course on professional ethics and your workshop on basic coaching skills, your facilitator will send a copy of your assignments and scores to the Spiritual Health Coach License Board. These assignments will complete your eligibility
for your license.
All that remains is to file your application as a PDF File or as a Word Document and remit your $65 US license fee. You may submit your application as an attachment to an email to shc @ fshlb.com (no spaces) or by mail to the address below.
You may remit the necessary $65 US fee through the secure and confidential credit card gateway provided by IPX Services or by mail to the address below.
